With over 35 retail stores and donation sites, the retail team is always seeking talented candidates who consider themselves a people person and a problem-solver.

Operations
The operations team handles over 48 million pounds of donations every year. Some of the positions available within the operations department include drivers, sorters, and forklift drivers. Join the high-powered engine that is the Operations team.
Administrative
Employing over 900 people and serving over 12,000 people requires a talented administrative support staff. To join this team, all administrative candidates must be extremely detail-oriented and enthusiastic about the Goodwill of Silicon Valley mission.
E-Commerce
An important ingredient in any successful retail operation is the ability to sell products online. The E-commerce department seeks tech-savvy candidates who can accurately identify value in donated items and list those products online.
