Poor customer service. One of the employees who has black short shoulder length hair with layers. She had a nose piercing like the ones that hang from the center of the nose, she was very very light weight. She kept coming through the isle yelling the word “SCUZE ME!” So loouuuud With a mad face and literally about an inch from our personal space. It happened Every two minutes it’s like first of all there’s other isles to go around or she can politely work on another isle. Or simply say “excuse me” politely with a smile each time. It wouldn’t feel so rude. I have lived in Hollister for 4years and this was my first time visiting this store and never will I again. This experience was terrible. My advise is that Management really put more effort to have employees that love their job and love to make customers feel welcome and happy shopping there. That’s all.
