Vice President of Retail and E-Commerce

Jessica Castello leads our Retail and E-commerce division with heart, energy, and a passion for
creating opportunity. She oversees 17 stores and drives strategies that grow sales, increase
donations, and deepen our community impact.

Jessica began her Goodwill journey as a supervisor at the Willow Glen store. Her steady rise
through multiple leadership roles reflects her belief in second chances and the potential in
every person. Today, she focuses on developing strong teams, elevating the customer
experience, and expanding Goodwill’s role as a trusted destination for sustainable shopping and
workforce development.

Her leadership inspires our teams and strengthens the connection between retail success and
mission impact.

Social Security cards for all household members

Housing Verification:

Lease agreement, or
A letter from a shelter, institution, or transitional housing provider

QUALIFYING FOR SUPPORT

To participate in Veteran Family Services, the head of household—or their spouse—must be a U.S. veteran, and the household must meet low-income guidelines (at or below 80% of the area median income).
