Jessica joined our Goodwill family back in 2016, starting as an Assistant Manager in our esteemed retail division. From the very beginning, it was evident that Jessica possessed a unique blend of enthusiasm, talent, and a true passion for helping others. Her unwavering commitment and exceptional performance led her to explore various roles, contributing to the success of our organization.

Throughout her tenure at Goodwill, Jessica’s dedication to fostering a strong workforce has been unwavering. She made significant contributions as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in our Human Resources department, playing a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent. Recognizing her potential, Jessica then took on the role of Program Manager of the Career Development Program within our Mission Services division, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership and helped countless individuals achieve their professional goals.

In her new role as Human Resources Business Partner of Talent Acquisition, Jessica will spearhead and oversee our organization’s full-cycle recruitment process and talent acquisition strategies. QUALIFYING FOR SUPPORT

To participate in Veteran Family Services, the head of household—or their spouse—must be a U.S. veteran, and the household must meet low-income guidelines (at or below 80% of the area median income).
