Schedule: Hybrid format for flexibility
• Mondays & Wednesdays: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (in person)
• Fridays: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (online via Zoom)

Location: Dental Perfections Training Facility, 48 East Santa Clara Street, San Jose, CA
Cost: Free (includes scrub uniforms and all materials)

Training Partner
This program is delivered in partnership with Dental Perfections, a professional dental training facility with state-of-the-art equipment and experienced instructors.
Basic Requirements:
- Be 18 years or older
- Eligible to work in the U.S. with valid documentation
- Reside in Santa Clara County, San Benito County, or Santa Cruz County
- S. high school diploma, GED, or equivalent (with translation, if applicable)
- Current immunizations (childhood vaccines + COVID-19)
- Arrange three volunteer patients for the X-ray licensure exam
