Employment Programs
- 409 people secured jobs
- Participants earned an average wage of $21.70 per hour
- Together, they generated $9.23 million in wages in just six months
- These jobs produced $401,600 in net public benefit, strengthening the local economy
Reentry Programs
- Participants experienced a 14% recidivism rate, compared to the 40% county benchmark
- Reduced recidivism generated $1.3 million in annual community savings
- For every $1 invested, the public saw a $1.97 return
Veteran Housing Support
- 50 veteran households served
- 29 households prevented from losing housing
- 21 households moved from homelessness into permanent homes
- These outcomes resulted in $3 million in taxpayer savings by reducing emergency housing and crisis-response costs
