Damon is a strategic and results-driven leader with 25 years of experience in operations,
program management, and community development. Since January 2025, he has led our
Mission Services team, driving Goodwill of Silicon Valley’s ambitious work to expand economic
opportunity and strengthen housing stability for individuals and families across our community.
Before stepping into this role, Damon served as our Director of Operations, where he helped
accelerate organizational growth, improve financial and operational efficiency, and strengthen
risk-management practices. His steady leadership and big-picture thinking have shaped many of
the systems and improvements that support our mission today.
Damon joined Goodwill of Silicon Valley in 2023, bringing more than two decades of national
and local experience advancing housing and community development. As Vice President of
Community Development at BRIDGE Housing, he led real estate and workforce initiatives that
secured multimillion-dollar investments and expanded pathways to opportunity for
underserved communities. His work included guiding revitalization strategies for large-scale
public housing transformations such as Choice Neighborhoods initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Damon served at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development,
where he helped shape federal policy on foreclosure prevention and community stabilization
through programs including the Neighborhood Stabilization Program.
Throughout his career, Damon has been recognized for pairing strategic vision with a deep,
authentic commitment to community impact. His leadership ensures that economic and
housing initiatives translate into meaningful opportunities for every family we serve.
